For your safety, comfort and well-being, we never book two appointments at the same time.
We reserve the right to request a prepayment for certain dates. The specific date and payment terms will be determined by us on a case-by-case basis and communicated in advance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Every confirmed appointment is binding and will be reserved exclusively for you.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
If the cancellation or rescheduling occurs less than 48 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee of 100% of the agreed appointment price is due.
This regulation also expressly applies to:
