CANCELLATION POLICY
Every confirmed appointment is binding and will be reserved exclusively for you.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
If the cancellation or rescheduling occurs less than 48 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee of 100% of the agreed appointment price is due.
This regulation also expressly applies to:

Appointments booked less than 48 hours in advance,

Spontaneous appointments,

Appointments booked on the same day,

every appointment change.
